Booking details and useful information.

- Full Settlement on or prior to arrival would be appreciated
- Rooms available from 2pm on day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed) until 10am on day of departure
- If arriving early you are welcome to leave your luggage
- FREE Pick up service from rail or coach station
- Reservations - Telephone bookings will be held for seven days pending receipt of written confirmation and a deposit. The booking will be confirmed by letter once your deposit has been received.
- Cancellations & Insurance - A holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you need to cancel your holiday and we are unable to re-let your accomodation, there could be a cancellation charge.This is standard practice throughout the u.k.
In the event of a cancellation the following charges would apply:- 28 days or more - forfeit of deposit, 14-28 before arrival 30% of total costs, 7-14 days before 50%, 1-7 days 75%, Arrival day or later 100% would become payable. We advise guests to have holiday insurance when booking holidays. Please note all bookings made online are non refundable and the cancellation policy above refers only to bookings made by telephone or in person.
